Shipping Policy

We’re a small business based in Texas and appreciate your order! Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: All U.S. orders over $79 ship FREE via USPS or UPS.
  • Flat Rate: Orders $78 and under ship for a flat rate of $7.95.

Tracking info will be emailed and can be found through the carrier’s website. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Local Delivery

  • Available for addresses within 20 miles of our warehouse in The Colony, TX.
  • Choose “Local Delivery” at checkout if eligible (option only shows for qualifying addresses).
  • Orders will be delivered within 3 business days.
  • If selected in error by non-local customers, your order will be cancelled and you’ll be notified to re-order with standard shipping.

Order Processing Time

  • Most orders ship within 3–4 business days.
  • Orders placed late Friday through Sunday ship the following Wednesday.
  • If we’re away (e.g. at a market or pop-up), expected shipping delays will be posted.

Delivery & Responsibility

  • The Standard Boutique is not responsible for packages once they have left our facility.
  • Please ship to a secure location and ensure your delivery address is correct.
  • If a package is marked as “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact your local Post Office first.
  • Returned packages due to incorrect addresses will incur additional shipping fees.

Billing Address Verification

If your billing address does not match the one on file with your bank, your order may be held for verification. This protects against credit card fraud and ensures safety for both you and us.
